Tips: Ratchet handle introduction

The ratchet socket wrench is the most common socket wrench. The ratchet handle is a handle installed on the socket to turn the socket. If there is no matching handle, the socket will not work independently.

When using the ratchet, the socket wrench can be locked with a small turning angle and work in a limited space.

The head of the ratchet handle is designed with a ratchet device, which can realize rapid single-direction rotation without releasing the socket and bolt.

The rotation direction of the reversible ratchet can be changed by adjusting the locking mechanism. Turning the locking mechanism thumb to the left, you can tighten the bolt or nut clockwise in one direction; turning the locking mechanism handle to the right, you can loosen the bolt or nut in one direction counterclockwise.

The ratchet handle is easy to use but not strong enough. Do not use a ratchet wrench for the final tightening of the bolts or nuts. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to apply excessive torque to the ratchet handle, otherwise the internal pawl structure will be damaged.

When in use of a quick-release ratchet, press the quick-release button, put the socket head into the square drive of the ratchet wrench; release the button, the socket will be locked. If you press the button again, the socket can be released.
