Tips: How to use an air grinder?
Air grinders can be divided into air angle grinders, air die grinders and air pencil grinders, which are suitable for surface grinding, deburring, polishing, shaping and modification of metal parts, wood components, rubber tires, castings as powerful air tools. Here we will explain how to use a pneumatic grinder.
- Two special wrenches are used together to clamp the collet seat and the collet nut to open the collet, select the appropriate grinding head to install the collet, and lock the grinding head with the special wrench.
- The air pipe is connected to the air inlet of the air grinder.
- Hold the air grinder with your right hand, and press the trigger positioning piece and trigger with your big thumb. The pneumatic starts to work, and then slowly approach the surface to be polished to start the polishing operation.
