Tips: Installation steps of spark plug

When installing a spark plug, first put the spark plug in the socket, and then use a torque wrench to tighten the spark plug. The general tightening torque is 20Nm.
Align the spark plug with the spark plug socket hole on the cylinder head and lightly screw in the spark plug by hand.
After screwing to about one-half of the total length of the thread, tighten it with a spark plug socket.
When tightening the spark plug, pay attention to align the socket and torque wrench to the spark plug. At the same time, pay attention to the tightening torque not to be too large to prevent damage to the spark plug and the thread of the spark plug bore of the cylinder head.
If the hand feels unsmooth when screwing, exit to check whether there are impurities in the alignment screw or thread. And must not blindly tighten the screw to avoid damage to the screw hole and damage the cylinder head, especially the aluminum alloy cylinder head.
It should be tightened according to the required torque. Too loose will cause air leakage, and too tight will cause the gasket to lose its elasticity, which will also cause air leakage. Since cone-seat spark plugs do not use gaskets, the spark plug must be tightened with a specified torque.
When installing the ignition coil, be careful not to make a mistake in the sequence, and install it according to the original position of each cylinder.
