Tips: What is a power trowel?

The power trowel is also called the power float, cement finishing machine. The trowel rotor is driven by a electric motor or a gasoline engine, and 2 to 4 spatulas are installed on the bottom surface of the cross in the middle of the rotor. The inclination direction of the spatula is consistent with the rotation direction of the rotor, and the triangular belt driven by the gasoline engine makes the trowel rotor rotate. When operating, hold the control handle, push forward to move forward, and pull backward to move backward. It can do 100-300m² per hour on average, which can improve work efficiency by more than 30 times compared with manual troweling.

Structure:
It is composed of motor/engine, reducer, polishing device, safety cover and control handle. The polishing device is composed of a polishing blade and a connecting plate.

Working Principle:
The engine is decelerated by a three-stage gearbox and driven by two relatively rotating output shafts. Under the action of mechanical self weight, the trowel is pressed to the ground to complete the operation process of compaction and troweling.
