Tips: Does the air fryer really need no oil?

Obviously not. If you want to use an air fryer to make the deep-fried taste, you still need oil, just because the air fryer uses hot air to bake the food instead of using high-temperature oil to “fry” the food, so the air fryer needs oil very few.
Food ingredients such as chicken wings, chicken legs, and pork are rich in animal fats. You don’t need oil. The oil produced during the heating process of the ingredients can be used to make food with a taste close to fried. For ingredients like potatoes and sweet potatoes that do not contain oil, if you don’t add oil, the taste will be completely different from that of fried.
