Tips: Troubleshooting of garden pump sprayers

1. Insufficient spray pressure and poor atomization: If the inlet valve is blocked by dirt, remove the inlet valve and clean the dirt with a cloth. If the leather cup is damaged, replace it with a new one. If the connection part is not equipped with a sealing ring, or the sealing ring is damaged and the air is leaking, the sealing ring can be installed or replaced.

2. No water mist can be sprayed: If the oblique hole of the nozzle body is blocked by dirt, the oblique hole can be cleared. If the nozzle hole is blocked, the nozzle hole can be disassembled and cleaned, but hard objects such as iron wire or copper needle should not be used to poke the nozzle hole to prevent the hole from expanding and degrading the spray quality. If the filter screen in the casing is blocked or the water valve is blocked, clean the filter and the dirt of the water valve.

3. The switch leaks or cannot be screwed: If the switch cap is not tightened, the switch cap should be tightened. If the gasket on the switch core is worn, replace the gasket. The switch does not work because it has been placed for a long time or used for a long time. The switch core is stuck due to the corrosion of the agent. The parts should be removed and cleaned in kerosene or diesel. When it is difficult to remove it, it can be removed by soaking it in kerosene for a period of time. Do not hit with hard objects.

4. Water leakage at each connection part: If the joint is loose, the nut should be tightened. If the gasket is not flat or damaged, lay the gasket flat or replace the gasket. If the gasket shrinks and hardens, it can be soaked in animal oil before use.
