Causes affecting poor operation of air hammer:
- Insufficient impact force: 1, the main reason is that the piston or cylinder of air hammer is worn out and the gap is too large, causing internal leakage; 2, valve seat failure (vibration plate fracture, valve seat fracture, etc.); 3, cylinder and body fit loosely; 4, poor sound.
- Stuck: There is rubbish, rust in the cylinder. Refuel or remove and clean or replace the corresponding parts.
