Tips: Trouble shooting about diamond core drill machine.

Symptoms	Possible cause	Remedy
Rate of drilling progress decreases.	Maximum drilling depth reached.	Remove the core and use a core bit extension.
	Diamond core bit is defective.	Check the core bit for damage and replace it if necessary.
	Gearing is defective.	Have the machine repaired.
	Diamond core bit segments polished.	Sharpen the core bit on a sharpening plate with running water.
	Diamond core bit segments polished.	The wrong core bit specification has been used. Send emails to us and seek advice from us.
	The slip clutch releases prematurely or slips permanently.	Have it checked by a trained electrical specialist and adjust or replace the clutch if necessary.
The motor cuts out.	The machine stops running.	Reduce the pressure applied.
