Problems	Causes	Solutions
The pneumatic grease pump leaks oil.	The contact surface of the slider and the air valve is worn, the slider is shifted, and the limit plate screw is loose.	Remove the slider and the air valve, grind separately to meet the sealing requirements. Adjust and tighten the screws.
The air grease pump can not suck oil.	The lifting plate falls off. There are impurities in the oil inlet. The oil is too viscous or thick. There is not enough grease in the air pressure grease pump. The “O” ring of the pump body is worn out.	Install the lifting plate and tighten the screws. Check and eliminate impurities. Choose grease according to seasons. Generally, 0# and 1# lithium-based grease are used in winter, 1# and 2# lithium-based grease are used in spring and autumn, and 2# and 3# lithium-based grease are used in summer. Replenish oil. Replace the “O” ring.
