Symptoms	Possible cause	Remedy
Motor dose not rotate.	The power socket is damaged or loose contacted.	Repair or replace the socket.
	The plug is damaged or is not intact.	Replace the plug.
	The cable is worn or broken.	Bind up or replace the cable.
	The switch is not nimble or is damaged or loosened.	Repaire or replace the switch.
	The brushes have been worn excessively.	Replace the brushes.
	The inner connecting wire of the tool has loosened.	Connect it tightly again.
	The stator or the armature is damaged.	Replace the stator or the armature.
Excess sparks occurs on the brush.	There is conductive electricity matter in the hook groove of copper raft on the commutator.	Cut off the electricity supply and remove foreign matter.
	Armature or stator winding is shorted circuit, or armature winding is opened circuit.	It must be taken to the pro fissional for check and repair.
	Brush is contacted loosely.	It should befit again.
