Preparation

Setting the Desired Volume
Adjust the pipette volume by turning the volume control knob to the desired setting. Make sure the volume indicator is correctly aligned. Avoid setting the pipette to extreme volume ranges to maintain accuracy. Ensure the pipette has been recently calibrated before use.
Pipetting Procedure
Attach the appropriate tip securely to the pipette. To aspirate liquid, press the plunger to the first stop and gently release it to draw up the liquid.
